Welcome to Hello Poppy!

My name is Meg & I grew up in the PNW! I come from a big family of ten, with lots of experience helping raise my younger siblings and babysitting for my parents friends and family. Over the years, I have been an on and off nanny through high school, college and post college career. Collectively coming with 15+ years in the industry.

A few years ago, I moved down South and launched my first nanny and babysitting agency, serving families across 30A, Florida and Athens, Georgia. I knew the demand for quality childcare was high—but I quickly realized how complex and personal the process of finding the right match can be, not just for families, but for nannies as well. That experience shaped everything.

After selling that agency, I returned home to the Pacific Northwest to be closer to family and explore new business opportunities. Since being back, it’s become clear just how great the need still is—for trustworthy, thoughtful care and for a better bridge between families and the incredible caregivers who support them.

I’m also deeply passionate about sibling relationships. Alongside my mom, I help support and reunite siblings who have been separated through the foster care system through a non-profit Sibling Strong. Through this business, we’re excited to create meaningful partnerships that further that mission and bring more families back together.
