How do you vet your caregivers?
All of our caregivers undergo a highly vetted onboarding process that includes a thorough interview, background check, reference verification, and comprehensive training. This training covers essential topics such as mandatory reporting, ensuring that our team is fully prepared to provide safe, compassionate, and professional care from day one.

Do you offer flexible payment options?
All of our care services are available on either an as-needed basis or as part of an ongoing care plan, depending on what best fits your family's needs. For families choosing ongoing care, we offer flexible installment payment options — allowing you to pay monthly at a discounted rate to make budgeting more manageable and stress-free.

What if we are matched with a nanny that doesn't meet our needs?
We do our best to find the perfect match for you, but we understand that sometimes it doesn’t work out — and that’s okay! That’s why we offer a personalized match process for all of our long- and short-term placements, taking the time to understand your family’s unique needs, preferences, and routines. If the initial placement isn’t the right fit, we’re committed to working with you to find a caregiver who is because your comfort, trust, and peace of mind are our top priorities.

How do I book a care request?
All of our families and nannies have their own personalized profiles to help streamline communication and ensure the best possible matches. If you haven’t completed yours yet, feel free to get started here.
Through your dashboard, you can easily submit last-minute care requests — and we’ll promptly send out an available, qualified sitter to meet your needs, if availble. It’s fast, simple, and designed to support your family whenever you need us most.

Can nannies drive child(ren)?
Yes, nannies are able to drive children; however, all transportation must be provided using the family's vehicle and covered under the family's auto insurance policy. For safety and liability reasons, Hello Poppy does not assume responsibility for any incidents or claims related to driving. We recommend that families confirm their insurance coverage and vehicle readiness before any transportation takes place.
